4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before orders are processed. We accept payment via bank transfer (WhatsApp checkout) and online payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across all states in Malaysia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. ASCEND is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been shipped, unless the product is damaged during transit or the wrong product was delivered. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographic evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability
