Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are processed. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Peninsular Malaysia (Klang Valley): 1-2 business days. Other Peninsular states: 2-4 business days. Sabah & Sarawak: 3-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides should be stored in the refrigerator (2-8°C) for short-term storage or freezer (-20°C) for long-term storage. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified in our Peptide Guide.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides typically have a shelf life of 12-24 months when stored properly in a freezer. Reconstituted peptides have a shorter shelf life and should be refrigerated.

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, used as a solvent for reconstituting lyophilized peptides. It inhibits bacterial growth, extending the shelf life of reconstituted peptides. We offer Acetic Acid as a reconstitution supply in our store.
